Quantum Decoherence in Neutral B mesons

 We study the oscillations and the decay of neutral B-mesons 
using the "Open Quantum Systems" framework. It was shown by Caban et al 
in 2007, that the studying of a decaying particles in this framework is 
no different from studying them in quantum mechanics but for two 
particle systems which oscillate and decay, the formalism necessarily 
introduces a new parameter, which can be interpreted as "quantum 
decoherence". We work out the phenomenological consequences of this 
decoherence parameter for the neutral B-meson systems and propose the 
methods by which this parameter can be measured in Bd and Bs mesons 
systems.
