Abstract        :

Study of Effective Potential is a very useful tool to understand the Electroweak symmetry breaking in Standard Model (SM) and its extensions. The Standard Model Effective Potential has complex behaviour when the Goldstone Boson mass square is negative. It also suffers from singularities at different loop orders when the mass square of Goldstone Boson is close to zero. A resummation method can be implemented to remove these problems. The same kind of method is useful in other models in which Goldstone radiative corrections give infra-red problems. In this talk I will mainly focus on the 2-loop MSSM Effective Potential, which suffers from the same kind of problems due to the Goldstone Bosons. These problems can be avoided by appropriate resummation and reexpansion method. References: arXiv:1406.2355 arXiv:1605.02059
