The Academic Council of HBNI has conferred the Outstanding Doctoral Student Award-2019 in Physical Sciences to Dr. Ratnadwip Singha of Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics on 2^nd December, 2020.  Dr. Singha completed his Ph.D work under the guidance of Prof. Prabhat Mandal.
