Research

Main area of my interest is to understand the crosstalk between proliferation and differentiation in hematopoiesis and leukomogenesis. Currently, we are studying the role of cellular metabolism, mitochondrial dynamics, cytoskeleton signalling in cellular migration, immune evasion and aberrrant differentaition - the hallmark of cancer. Our long term goal is to design appropriate vectors for gene and stem cell therapy of hemetological malignancies.
