The program is expected to start at 4.00 PM on 7th Feb and end by 5 PM on 10th Feb. 2014. Participants may plan their travel accordingly.

Notes for the participants:

• The approximate cost of your accommodation would be around Rs. 500/ (Rupees five hundred only) per day.
• We recommend you to arrive in the morning of 7th Feb and leave on 11th Feb. Please inform us if you have some other plan.

Special Note from IBS:

• We encourage you all to become life-member of the Indian Biophysical Society. The one-time membership fee is Rs. 1000/ (Rupees one thousand only). I would recommend you to bring a DD in favour of Indian Biophysical Society, fill up the necessary forms and become member of IBS during the symposium, if you are not already a member. In case you are already life-member but have moved from your older address or you know that some of your friends have moved, please indicate your/their present address also at the IBS desk.
