This is due to our ability to handle nonlinear problems. Difference between past and now is that the ability to compute has dramatically changed the scenerio.

Encouraged by successful application of mathematics and computational tachniques to studying life and social science phenomena, this centre was started as a mid-term project of the X-th Five-year Plan of the DAE in September 2004.
