Flow Cytometry

 The cytometry facility (Room 3101) provide researchers with fast and quantitative data of fluorescent signals from individual cells and allows physical separation of cells of particular interest. Currently, the facility has a BD FACS CALIBUR and the BD FACS ARIA system. The CALIBUR is a 2 laser, 4 colour imager running Cell Quest Pro software on a MAC platform; The ARIA is a 2 laser, 7 colour sorter running BD DIVA software on windows platform and can simultaneously sort upto 4 populations.
