Presentations in the Conference:

You can present your papers / talks in MS power-point presentations or the PowerPoint presentations converted to pdf format.

Lecture room shall have projectors/ PC / White Boards to accommodate your needs.

Posters can be presented on (up to) paper size 120 cm X 120 cm ( 4 feet X 4 feet) which can be put on suitable boards. Posters presentations should be as clear as possible.

Each plenary lecture is of 35 (+5) min duration

Each invited lectures is of 20 (+5) min duration

Each oral (contributed) presentation is of 12 - 15 min duration.

However time adjustments of +/- 2 min (approximately) will be permissible depending upon the situation, as permitted by the chairperson of the session.
