Instructions for the Preparation of Abstracts for ICPA-15

The abstract for ICPA-15 must be sufficiently informative to allow fair evaluation of the intended presentation. The text should be written in clear and concise English. The entire abstract (including title, authors, affiliation, figures and references) is restricted to one page of A4 size. Please keep an upper margin of 3 cm and a left margin of 3 cm, but do not draw a frame.

The abstract should be typed in Microsoft Word (up to 2000 and XP) using Times New Roman letter type 12 point font for the bulk text. The abstract should include a title (Times New Roman letter type 14) followed by one blank line after which the authors and institutions are stated as shown above (Times New Roman letter type 12). The presenting author should be underlined. A blank line should separate authors and their institutions from the bulk text. Citations should refer either to periodic journals [1] or to books/proceedings [2] in the form shown below.

The organizing committee reserves the right to reject abstract(s) that do not comply strictly with the format given above.

Abstracts have to be sent as attachments (only one per e-mail) to icpa.abstract[AT]saha.ac.in at the latest on 31st July, 2008. Please send your e-mail using the subject of 'Abstract for ICPA-15'. The e-mail message itself should contain the following information:

1) Title of the abstract

2) Corresponding author's name

3) Email address, Tel/Fax numbers

4) Preference: Oral or Poster

5) Suggestions of any candidates for the invited talk (optional).
