Hyatt Regency Kolkata is situated near the conference venue and offers special rates (single INR 8500, Double: INR 9250 per night) to the participants of ARCEBS-10. All guests registering for accommodation need to mention the block code number SI41 to avail the special rate. To avail this rate, guests are requested to send e-mail to: debolina.mandal@hyatt.com with copy to samit.ganguli@hyatt.com.

Category 2: Moderate hotels & private guest houses
Moderate hotels and guest houses are available in the range 40-70 EUR per night including breakfast. To avail this category you need to write the Convener, ARCEBS-10 , directly at your earliest as February is peak season in Kolkata.

Category 3: Hostels
Limited hostel accommodations will be available only for students in the range of 10 Euro per night including breakfast Therefore interested students are requested to write directly to the Convener, ARCEBS-10, as early as possible.

Participants are requested to contact the convener, ARCEBS-10 and send the advance for reservation of accommodations. The moderate-price accommodation will be allotted on first cum first-serve basis. For late reservations, room booking cannot be guranteed in the requested category, and participants will be given closest available category.
